We have a program for gyms to who want to add kettlebell lifting sports into a group class timetable. Our programs are a mix of all-body workouts using kettlebells while building techniques for the core lifts and have Beginner and Advanced versions.
We can assist in training your trainers to rollout the program into your membership, auditing the suitability of your kettlebell inventory, and assist your members interested in progressing a pathway into more advanced techniques and competitions.

Though kettlebells can form part of a whole body workout, kettlebell lifting sports tend to focus strength and endurance in the arms, shoulders, lower back, and glutes. It also requires cardiovascular fitness, especially when progressing into higher weights or double lifts.
One of the key benefits is mental resilience, especially in longer lifts which can be a battle of the mind as well as the body. Over time, this resilience combined with growing fitness can help lower blood pressure, lower resting heart rates, reduce stress and anxiety.

All GSAA events we host are run in accordance with their rules which can be found here.
All SKS events such as the Sydney Cup and Annual Tournament effectively adopt the GSAA Competition Rules.
For specialist events like Pentathlons and Triathlons, SKS may adopt a hybrid approach for scoring using a mix of IKMF points and GSAA-style coefficients, or some other methods deemed suitable for the event.
